PESHAWAR, : To promote and develop tourism in merged districts
of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the provincial government will launch small and mega projects worth 2.3 billion rupees.
Spokesperson of the provincial Tourism, Archaeology and Youth Affairs
Department, Latifur Rehman said on Sunday that these projects would be
launched under Accelerated Implementation Programme.
He said to ensure speedy completion of these projects, a Special Tourism
Wing has been established.
These projects will generate employment opportunities for tribal youth and
explore the hidden tourism potential of the tribal districts before world,
added the spokesperson.
