Manila: Web Reports: Philippines Vice President Leni Robredo announced that she and some of her staff are undergoing isolation after exposure to a COVID-19 positive patient last week.
Seven days into her self-isolation, Vice President Leni Robredo said on Monday night she has felt no symptoms of coronavirus disease so far.
Robredo announced on her personal Facebook page that she is scheduled to undergo a swab test tomorrow after exposure to a COVID-19 case last week.
The vice president added she is praying and hoping for negative results.
Robredo’s chief of staff Undersecretary Philip Dy and some of her staff are also under self-quarantine following a close contact to a coronavirus-positive individual.
